Abstract
Suggests amendments and changes in the Prussian-United States commercial treaty. The monopoly granted to the merchants of the city of Konigsberg must be acknowledged to restrict American trading privileges. The carriage of enemy goods in a vessel shall not constitute the vessel an enemy. Clause permitting Prussian subject to migrate to America to claim their lands, is to include a specific statemen t that such clause does not grant permission to migrate in violation of Prussian laws to the contrary.
