- Abstract
- Sends Jay copies of some acts of Congress. In consequence of them he wishes John Jay to close all his financial transactions. Will then be free to attend to more important matters. Wants Jay to appoint an agent to receive and remit his salary, quarterly. Morris will provide extra expenses on Livingston's application.
