- Abstract
- Autograph Draft signed. He is sorely troubled by the exertions of those who would sew the seeds of dissension in the body politic. The intentions of the American people are well disposed toward the administration but the more active members of the community are engaged in the opposition. These matters were upon his mind, and increase his wish for the tranquility of retirement. Is grateful for the s upport of the citizens of New York State.
