Abstract
Will follow McDougall's advice respecting the command of a certain post even though there may be dissent. Glad that the convention now considers the New York delegation to Congress. Its number could be reduced without injuring its effectiveness and would result in less expense. Will the Convention take up the New England expedition. Connecticut should be thanked for her aid and the honor of New Yor k should be upheld in the Rivington matter.
