Abstract
Educated as a military engineer in England, he served in New York City during the Revolution, and since the war has had four years service with General Henry Knox in the war department. Has large scale plans, prepared during the British occupation, showing the strength of the fortifications erected by their engineers. Perhaps the State would be intere sted in those plans.
