Title
[Document, 1786 September 06]
Abstract
He has settled most of the private accounts, and completed settlement of all those presented to him. As far as the settlement of Congress' accounts with the States, this is not possible until some arrangement is prescribed concerning those accounts to be preferred. Left Georgia for the above reasons, and also because of his health being undermined by ague and fever. Asks two month leave of absence to continue northward.
