- Abstract
- The deponent, 35 years old and resident in Ramapo, owns no land and is not interested in the outcome of the controversy. All persons named in Exhibit C, 45, except for those prefixed by a cross, live under the government of New Jersey, northward of the line run through the Saddle River precinct by James Clinton and Anthony Dennis. The line between New York and New Jersey was supposed to be about a mile northeast of Lawrence Boskirk's house at Spitsbergh before the Clinton-Dennis line was run. Peter Townsend, John Conklin, the ironworks at Sterling and Ringwood are north of the Clinton-Dennis line. These, and Coenradt Frederick, who lives at Ramapo southwest of Van Boskirk's house, have always paid taxes to New Jersey. Signed, Coenradt Frederick Jr., his mark.
