Abstract
Blauvelt, 54 years old, resided in Tappan for 17 or 18 years, and after that at Haverstraw. He is not interested in the outcome of the controversy. He says that the persons named in the exhibit in question have been under the jurisdiction of New York for as long as he can remember; that his 79 year old father lived with his uncle at the south end of Tappan; that his uncle paid taxes to New York.
