- For the sum of three hundred fifty pounds of good and lawful English money, Penn sells to Robert Barclay 1/24 part of the tract of land called east New Jersey. Certified as a true copy from the Public Records of the Province of New Jersey by Bowes Reed. Entered before the Commission to Settle the Boundary between New York and New Jersey 1 August 1769, as exhibit Z1.
