Abstract
To the best of the deponent's knowledge, Thomas Schoonover mentioned under questioning on the part of New York that he was a constable for New Jersey. The deponent heard Colonel Thomas Decay kept a guard at his house to defend his possessions, but he does not know when this took place. Signed, Cornelius Wood. In Jay's hand.
