- Abstract
- In answer to Jay's letter of the previous day, Aranda finds that he has received all necessary instructions from the Spanish court as well as the authority to confer and treat with Jay. As soon as Jay sends his propositions, Aranda will examine then and send his reply so that the two negotiators can come to an agreement.
