- Abstract
- Grants and confirms, in answer to a petition presented to Benjamin Fletcher, a parcel of land called Quaspeck in Orange County. The land and all things found on it, except for gold and silver, shall belong to Jarvis Marshall and William Welch, and their heirs forever. In acknowledgment of this grant, they shall pay, if lawfully demanded, every year after the expiration of five years, one peppercorn at New York on the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
