- Abstract
- Because, upon the sealing of any town, two town lots should be reserved by the purchaser for the free use of the governor, to be disposed of as he thinks fit, Nicolls is disposing of one of the two town lots to Richard Sadler, his heirs and assigns forever. Sadler is to be admitted to the lot with like and equal privileges as others on the same plantation. >From the New York Secretary's Office, Lib . Patents I, 52. Certified by Goldsbrow Banyar. Entered before the Commission to settle the boundary between New York and New Jersey 11 August 1769.
