Because Governor Lovelace has thought it convenient to have a new town, to be called Marbleton, established at Esopus, and having disposed of several lots to officers and soldiers as a reward for their services, Mrs. Anne Broadhead, widow of Daniel Broadhead deceased, shall receive the double lot numbers 7 and 8, as well as about half an acre of land adjacent to her house lot between Rough Hook and the highway.
