- Abstract
- Because Governor Lovelace has thought it convenient to have a new town, to be called Marbleton, established at Esopus, and having disposed of several lots to officers and soldiers as a reward for their services, Mrs. Anne Broadhead, widow of Daniel Broadhead deceased, shall receive the double lot numbers 7 and 8, as well as about half an acre of land adjacent to her house lot between Rough Hook and the highway. From the New York Secretary's Office, Lib. Patents III, 43. Examined by Goldsbrow Banyar. Entered before the Commission to settle the boundary between New York and New Jersey 31 July 1769.
