- Abstract
- Autograph letter in English signed "James Gardoqui" version of document 4013; with docket in Spanish. Del Campo is arranging the clothing for America, but it will be impossible to take care of the other bills Jay mentioned. The pledge of three million will, however, be complied with by paying the remaining balance after deducting the several sums already delivered to Jay. No plan at present can be offered on masts and timber. Along with Gardoqui's note to del Campo of the same date.
