Acknowledges receipt of 5 March with an enclosed copy of a memorial presented to the Lords Commissioners on 14 February and a proposed letter to Mr. Falkener urging an answer to the memorial. In John Jay's opinion Mr. Falkener might tactfully remind the Lords of the memorial and its importance.
