- Abstract
- John Jay encloses a copy of Congress's thanks to Colonel Van Schaick and his troops for the Onondaga expedition. He thinks it most proper for Washington to present it to Van Schaick. John Jay also encloses a copy of the Congressional resolution which approves the conduct of Colonels Davies and Harrison in their conferences with the British Commissioners.
