- Abstract
- Asks John Jay to do all he can to help Mr. Bohlen, whose ship, laden with West Indian produce, was seized by British privateers and taken to the Isle of Jersey. The ship, which was bound for Amsterdam, was also carrying the property of other inhabitants of the City of New York. Copies of properly certified invoices and bills of lading are enclosed.
