Abstract
A widespread plan to forge the notes of Boston and Massachusetts banks has been uncovered. As he learned a printing press for this purpose was set up in New York City, a messenger has a been sent express to New York to allow for a timely seizure. Asks whether the expense of the messenger might not be borne by the State government.
