He has accepted and is enclosing bills presented on the 5th by Mr. Casa Mayor. Also enclosing two bills presented yesterday by Dr. A. Madan which Carmichael is to examine and accept if they are correct. He is also enclosing the first part of the Dutch manifesto which John Jay omitted to give Carmichael with the other part.
