Abstract
The New York Committee has decided to open a regular poll in each ward of this city. The delegates to represent the other counties should be speedily appointed or the county should approve the five already appointed for New York City to represent them as well. The number of delegates is immaterial since each delegation has one vote in Congress. Signed by Isaac Low, Chairman.
