Statement below picture: Mulberry Health Center - A Community Job. The Mulberry Health Center, in one of the most congested sections of the cit y, is a neighborhood rallying place for recreation and education. Quietly and constantly nurses move in and out of these tenement homes to Instruct mothers and children in the essentials of health. Daily medical and dental clinics minister to the needs of thousands of children each year, the Department of Health of New York City co-operating with the A.I.C.P. in this work.
