- #322 Unknown Photographer Catherine Slip between Cherry and South Streets. Only one small old building (empty, for rent) is still standing (1970) at the corner of Cherry and South Streets. The address today is 208 South Street. Just north, at 210 South Street, is the New York Post building (formerly occupied by the Journal-American). The New York Post has built a delivery truck garage opening on Ca therine Slip where these buildings were. Across the Street, south side, is one of the houses in the Alfred E. Smith housing project, with the address 20 Catherine Slip.
