Sends Johnson a copy of an act of Congress dealing with the distress of Massachusetts and Rhode Island for lack of bread. Hopes care will be taken to export food in vessels calculated to evade the cruisers of the enemy. Same letters to Governors Henry and Caswell with P.S. to Henry: information that the enemy in New York are forming a corps of delegates from the convention-troop sand have intimated to the officers in Virginia to encourage it. About 10 days ago it consisted of 70 men.
