- Sends Clinton a resolution of Congress that they will give equal attention to the pleas of New York and all states. They will look into his applications relating to the disturbances in New York. Sends a copy of an act of Congress on the subject of sending a committee to the inhabitants on the grants to inquire they refuse to remain citizens of the states which heretofore have had jurisdiction over the territory in question.
