- Summary
- Thanks Rush for his approbation of his European mission. Glad Congress has granted the application of Dickinson College. Knowledge is the soul of are public, and the only way to diminish the number of the weak and wicked. Education should be cheap and easy to obtain. Wants the abolition of all unnecessary discriminations. Hopes time will come when all the American people will be free.
