- Congress should be given jurisdiction to settle the boundary dispute between New York and New Hampshire. The delegates of the legislature should be given information on the affairs of the continent. Morris deserves well of New York. Men of importance should be selected to represent the state in Congress. Jay not in public because of ambition. Would rather retire and make a fortune. The New York delegates should receive a greater stipend.
