- Summary
- Has received copies of the dispatches from and instructions to the envoys at Paris. The demands and language of the French Government "cannot fail to excite the Indignation of honest Men in this and every other Country." From "certain Declarations" he infers that some leaders of the Anti federalist party will continue to adopt and persevere in reprehensible measures. The instructions are ably drawn and do honor to the administration.
