- Summary
- Has decided to forward to Grenville the complete cases of captures rather than making abstracts of same. Will send them at Grenville's convenience. Unfortunate that ships lately departed for America from England will carry accounts of Americans impressed into British service; this will add to discontent arising from reports of American captains returning from Indies with tales of "severities" at hands of British. "People who suffer will feel; and their friends and others will also feel for them."
