Summary
Concerning the Mrs. Judith Livingston Watkins, who does not think Lydia should stay in Albany any longer but offers no plan for what to do. At some point it will be necessary for Mr. and Mrs. Watkins to unite about this. Judge Livingston, as head of his branch of the family, should deal with this business; is not sure what burden John Jay should bear.
