- Summary
- John Lyons has taken possession of that share of the brick kiln at Bedford which was formerly owned by the brickmaker, and by agreement is to sell bricks only to John Jay. The Major is building a stone wall but the well is not yet begun. Peter visited Rye on his way back to New York. Uncle Peter has been ill but is now pretty well, and Uncle Fady has returned to the city.
