Verbal changes suggested for the Prussian-U.S. treaty. They are of the opinion that if nation insists upon a text in its own language, they should insist upon a copy to be signed in English. On the other hand if a language common to neither country is chosen- i.e. French or Latin, they would not be inclined to insist upon an English copy.
