- She has recently been at Elizabeth Town, where she was saddened by the ravages of the enemy. She has found a dozen and a half beautiful shirts. Is glad the trunk arrived but fears the gloves she sent him are too small. If so she shall knit a new pair. Jewel wants to pay Jay the sum for which he is bound to Jay. Son Peter is well.
