The resolutions of the 15th occasion much alarm. Cautious folks are fearful of its bringing ill consequences. Wants Jay to return to Congress. Encourage the other delegates of New York to be present as we do not want to be unrepresented. Let me known the form of the new government. Livingston has a plan for rendering New York the favorite colony and dissipating the claims of her neighbors. Hurt at Benson's conduct.
