- Deciphered version of documents 7008 and 10231. Transmits copies of his letters to Galvez, the Governor of Havana, and to Robert Smith ( documents 7667 and 7668). Letter to Galvez was first shown to Francisco Rendon. Encloses a copy of Rendon's note approving Morris's letter to the Governor (document 7666).
