- Summary
- In a conversation with Joshua Purdy the latter reported Peter as saying an answer had been filed to the bill in chancery against the executors of Baxter. Though a conference with the complainants was considered necessary, none has been held. One of the executors has failed and one or more executions have been levied on his property. If loss should result from delays in Peter's power to obviate, both he and his clients would regret it.
