- Floridablanca will write to Bilboa on the subject of the bills in the hands of Mssrs. Joyce. It will be necessary to wait for a few days to determine the House at which they will be accepted. Regarding the bills presented by Mr. Charles Maraci, there will be a delay of 15 days for their acceptance. This delay is necessary because Floridablanca must have an interview with someone not at present in Madrid.
