- Summary
- Hopes for a connection between Holland and the U.S. Does not know the reason for Laurens' delay. Sending copies of all letters from De N. and himself to Congress to aid in making mercantile appointments to Holland. Will say nothing about the new paper currency. Mexican dollars have the same value here as Span. currency. Could a Span. loan over a three year period be financed in Holland on their joint credit, and on what terms?
