- Summary
- Thanks him for the oration. The history of the Batavian Republic should be more generally known in America since many things are applicable to this country. His plan, transmitted by Mr. Miller, would require much time for research and a high degree of erudition and diligence in collecting and arranging the materials. Asks that his thanks be conveyed to Miller for the speeches he sent.
