- A copy of the minutes of the royal commission to settle the boundary between New York and New Jersey, and a copy of the commission under which the commission proceeded is endorsed. The commissioner hope that the Earl of Hillsborough will "apologize for us," because "it is only through your Lordship that we can hope to have them properly laid before his Majesty in Council." Signed by the four commissioners.
