Summary:
The marked sections in the Gazettes enclosed explain internal affairs in the Netherlands. Mentions Cte de Goits, Mr. V. Bessel, Pensionary of Amsterdam, Kasteelen and others of Haarlem. The conference, as predicted, was insignificant and only revolved around the confusion of those who had wished for the meeting. Must add that the American house in The Hague is in very bad shape; 166 florins of tax should be paid annually and have not been, and there are other maintenance costs that have been neglected. Should either be repaired or sold. In French.
