News: army hutted in the vicinity of Morris Town; the Don on the part of the governor of Havanna has proposed to assist in the reduction of Florida; Continental money on the mending hand, gold less scarce, due to drawing on Jay for 100 thous pounds. European money absolutely necessary. Peace will soon be necessary for all parties.
