- Report of the Board of Regents on Columbia College and other institutions. The legislative support of professor-ships at Columbia (enacted in laws of April 1792 and 1797 to extend until 1799) has lapsed and many departments of instruction at Columbia have suffered. Legislature should remedy situatuion. Favorable report on Union College and several new academis in the state.
