- Summary
- The colonies prior to the revolution traded with Honduras and Campeachy. Spain's policy is to keep other nations away from the American dominions she owns and Jay thinks America should try to dome to an agreement with England to share in the logwood cutting in Honduras or at least to trade with them as formerly. Adams could discuss it with British and little to lose. It should be kept secret from the French and Spanish.
