- Mr. [ ] asks for a detailed description of American finance during the Revolution. Mr. Rendon desires to make his court aware of the indebtedness of America to the Mssrs. Morris. Mr. [ ] desires an exact plan of the present state of the bank, an account of the national debt, and the means of paying it, and the amount of annual expenses. The King should know of the last point in particular so that he can see the needs and resources of the United States and perhaps decide to give effectual aid.
