He has marked errors in his Littlepage pamphlet in the enclosed printed paper (not present), . This section was deleted, possibly by a hand other than Jay. His letter continues with reflections that errors in the form of the national government become increasingly apparent, and opinion begins to form for a national convention to effect the changes. Hopes that should this materialize, it will have Washington's support.
