- Summary
- If Munro's letter had arrived earlier it is likely that the experiment with Morris would not have been attempted. Encloses copy of letter he has just written to Morris. Is certain Lansing's allowance of fees to deputies was insufficient. Samuel Jones has been appointed to fill Morris' place as a Justice. Afraid building on Guion lot by Frederick Jay would be out of the question. Family matters.
