Summary
Autograph Draft. Regarding the trouble with the post office, Floridablanca has promised that more equitable regulations will be made. Thanks him for taking care of his commissions and asks him to send some of the strong coarse cloth woven by Spanish laborers, which would be suitable for clothing slaves, to Robert Morris for John Jay's brother. P.S.: Entrust the enclosed letter to Congress (not present) to the care of some American Captain with instructions to sink it in case of capture.
