Summary
Thinks Anderson's plan for aid to persons ignorant of each other's language will prove beneficial. Reflects on nature of men and governments--"Governments calculated on an Idea that the great Majority of any People are reasonable and virtuous, will in many Respects prove defective. Governments calculated on the opposite Extreme, will be severe and oppressive....we cannot be surprized that political as well as moral evil should abound....Perfection is beyond our reach..."
