- Cannot always conquer her depression. Visited Mrs. Constable and saw Mr. and Mrs Duane and their 11 children. "Such a picture of domestic happiness awakens painful and repining thoughts." Discusses Mr. Clarke's situation. He was accused of having insulted the Senate, and it is feared that he and Mr. Lynch will be put in jail for the remainder of the session. P.S: Mr. Clark has just sent word that he is in jail.
